Portsmouth police log: March 14-15

6:03 a.m.: Assisted on Borthwick Avenue, where a deer was hit by a vehicle, injured, then euthanized.

10:41 a.m.: Checked on someone on State Street who appeared to be holding a spear, but it was a stick from an old campaign sign.

2:10 p.m.: Someone found a violin on Atkinson Street.

3:15 p.m.: Caller reported a deer near Portwalk Place and construction debris blowing around.

3:43 p.m.: Arrested Dylan Reese, 24, of 14 Linlew Drive, apartment 15, Derry, for charges alleging driving after suspension and/or revocation.

3:50 p.m.: Summonsed someone for loitering on Market Street.

3:59 p.m. Ring found in Prescott Park brought to the police station.

6:45 p.m.: Responded to Congress Street for a call about a red-headed man who threw a glass at a bartender. He left the area and was not located.

7:09 p.m.: Hospital staff reported finding a pipe on a patient.

8:41 p.m.: Responded to Sagamore Avenue for a complaint about people drinking and being loud.

9:55 p.m.: A juvenile was arrested for driving after revocation.

11:47 p.m.: Assisted with a disturbance caused by an unwanted and unruly couple at a Market Street establishment.

March 15

12:08 a.m.: Caller said her wallet and keys were stolen from a Fleet Street location.

1:24 a.m.: Assisted firefighters with getting someone in crisis to the hospital.

1:49 a.m.: Caller told police she “has fallen off the wagon again,” found a “goose egg” on her head and was missing money. The money was found in her coat pocket and she declined medical services.
