Feb. 1

6:57 a.m.: Found ID turned in to police.

7:02 a.m.: Caller complained about a dog barking in the area of Wibird Street.

11:47 a.m.: Were unable to locate someone wandering around Edmond Avenue who a caller was worried about.

12:09 p.m.: Resident complained about the way a political solicitor parked on Richards Avenue.

12:17 p.m.: Responded to Beechstone Apartments for a call about a woman yelling. She was having a loud phone conversation.

12:43 p.m.: Responded to Islington Street for a call about a dog tied to a pole causing a trip hazard with its leash. It was gone.

12:54 p.m.: Caller complained about a vehicle covered with political stickers blocking an intersection.

3:57 p.m.: A child called 911 to say a woman in the neighborhood likes to beat children. Investigated and determined there was no assault.

4 p.m.: Responded to Market Street for a shoplifters report.

4:58 p.m.: Responded to the Route 1 Bypass for a call about a hit-and-run.

7:49 p.m.: Driver summonsed for marijuana possession.

8:11 p.m.: Caller reported a vehicle parked on Gates Street “in a bad parking spot.”

8:20 p.m.: Responded to Lafayette Road for a call about a fight.

9:05 p.m.: Responded to West Road for a call about “a kid” who pulled a fire alarm and was stealing items from lockers.

10:15 p.m.: Summonsed someone for marijuana possession.

11:38 p.m.: Arrested Derek Hardy, 46, of 46 Cate Road, Barrington, on a charge alleging willful concealment.

Feb. 2

12:13 a.m.: Arrested Aidan O’Leary, 27, of 12 Meaghen Way, Greenland, on charges alleging driving while intoxicated and after revocation or suspension.

2:14 a.m.: Assisted state police with a traffic stop that resulted in an arrest.
